Absolutely wonderful ice cream. The Cookie-Dough is delicious! The Biscoff flavor is incredible as well. Service is great, kind and always happy to serve you in all 3 locations in Naples !!

I’m really surprised that mostly everyone is complaining about the employees. And yet they still have same employees working at the place. Isn’t clocking you boss that your employees are the main problem for your business. At least have them train how to treat the customers. I have the same problem to an employee who disrespected me. She told me no on the two flavors of ice cream I wanted for a small cup . Apparently isn’t allowed which is odd because i never had issue with it. She gives attitude everytime I go to get ice cream. Are you mad that you gotta work? The boss is paying you to work not give an attitude. She might be blind becuase One time I said rompope  &’ she said that doesn’t exist I said it’s right there &’ then I said okay then rum raisin it’s the same thing. You need to get the employee to wear name tags. I can tell you she has light hair and Hispanic. I highly don’t recommend her to work in the front.

My experience here was awful. As a person who likes Ice cream I end up very disappointed, not because of the ice cream but because of the custumers service. There's a dark haired young lady and another employee who both seem like they don't want to work because of how poorly they treat customers. I honestly don't feel like coming back to this ice cream shop because of the bad customer service. It's a waste that all these people, including me, are having bad experiences just because of employees like this.

First time visiting Michoacana Ice Cream on a friend’s recommendation -LOVED it! Excellent number of flavor choices- 28-I think-of HOMEMADE flavors. I had coconut chocolate chip…it was so flavorful-literally the creamiest I have eaten-not as rich as custard but smooth nonetheless. My second scoop was the M and M…kind of a classic flavor and very satisfying. I plan to try the biscoff cookie crunch next time. Plenty of classics but some unique and delicious flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Just what I needed after pickleball! Staff were super friendly and attentive too-thumbs up all the way around 👍

Great little ice cream shop, the young girl was very sweet, they have 25 flavors along with other frozen treats.
